This is our 1st Jr. Rays intrasquad meet at Westminster's Turner Gym! This is a fun event just for our Jr. Ray swimmers. They will be allowed up to swim 3 different events (they don't have to swim all of them!): 25 freestyle kick with a board, 25 freestyle swim, and 25 backstroke swim. There will be a coach (or senior swimmer) in the lane with them helping the swimmers for each event. After the final race, swimmers will get a ring pop and a ribbon! |

This is our 2nd pre-season practice offerings for our Jr. Swimmers, or swimmers who feel they're close to being able to pass the swim test to join our competitive Stingray team. This will give swimmers a chance to get in the water early and work with some of our coaches on basic stroke techniques and other important skills. |
