Here is an estimated schedule:

  • 11:30/11:45 AM – Meet at Cherokee Town Club for Group Picture and Cheers (swimmers should in their championship shirts that they will receive on Friday night)
  • 12:15 PM – Depart Town Club (Caravan) to Georgia Tech *Carpooling is encouraged*
  • 1:00 PM – Doors Open at GT Campus Recreation Center and swimmers arrive
  • 1:30-2:30PM – Team Warm-ups
  • 2:40PM – Parade of Swimmers and Team Videos (Swimmers should wear red and black beads, tutus or festive attire!)
  • 2:50PM – Team Cheers
  • 2:55PM – Welcome and National Anthem
  • 3:00PM – Meet Start 
  • ~6:00ish PM – AFTER THE MEET: Championship Celebration Party (details to follow)

We will have a 1 hour practice on Saturday. The exact practice time slot will be determined by all teams about a week prior to the event. Practice could be as early as 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, or as late as 1:00-2:00 PM.

We are offering an exciting change of pace for an upcoming practice. On Saturday, June 20, we will be replacing our regular Saturday practice with a specialized Dive & Stroke Technique Clinic hosted by Dr. Yit Aun Lim, coach of the Marietta Marlins year-round swim team.

Clinic Details

  • Date: Saturday, June 20
  • Focus: Starts/Diving practice and advanced stroke technique (freestyle and side breathing)
  • Location: Westminster School Turner Gym
  • Schedule: Ages 7-8 from 9 AM - 9:45 AM / Ages 9+ from 9:45 AM - 10:30 AM

CCSL Jr. Rays League Meet 2026

Jr. Rays are welcome to attend the optional Junior League Meet @ Ansley on 6/18! Arrival time is 9am.

This is a very popular event, please plan for parking on site to be limited. They do have overflow parking available at Morningside Church located at 1700 Piedmont Avenue (lot entrance on Montgomery Ferry) if needed - the Ansley Shuttle will transport you to the pool and back to the lot at the conclusion of the meet.

The junior swimmers will NOT be warming-up and they will plan to start the meet promptly at 9:30AM. Each swimmer will get to swim twice. They can do both races freestyle or one freestyle and one backstroke. Everyone will receive a medal for their first swim and a ring-pop for their second swim.

They will have two water stations set-up on deck for all attendees, however we will not have any other food and beverage services available.

This is our 3rd Jr. Rays intrasquad meet at Westminster's Turner Gym! This is a fun event just for our Jr. Ray swimmers. They will be allowed up to swim 3 different events (they don't have to swim all of them!): 25 freestyle kick with a board, 25 freestyle swim, and 25 backstroke swim. There will be a coach (or senior swimmer) in the lane with them helping the swimmers for each event. After the final race, swimmers will get a ring pop and a ribbon!
