*Coaches will divide each age group based on skill level to ensure clinics are meeting swimmers’ needs.

*All sessions will include assistance on Dives/Starts.

All swimmers are encouraged to attend as we come together as a team to build excitement and prepare for the upcoming swim meets! We will be handing out team shirts, swim caps, and swimsuits (if ordered at the Open House). Stingrays Swimmers will run though a typical meet warmup and learn the team cheer. Jr. Rays swimmers are welcome to stop by to pick up their goodies and enjoy some popsicles, however they will not be getting in the pool.

We welcome the Championship Team to join us for a pasta dinner on Friday as we build excitement for the meet! Swimmers will also receive their Championship Team gear (t-shirt, cap, etc.).

Who can attend: Coaches and Championship Swimmers ONLY

Attire:2.10.1.1 Town Club House – Main and Upper Levels. Men and young men 12 years of age and older will wear suits or sport coats and dress slacks, collared shirts, turtlenecks, or mock turtlenecks. Ladies will wear dresses, skirts, dressy pant outfit or dressy attire such as a slack and sweater-blouse combination.
